In cooperation with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Federal Railroad Administration prepared a Tier I Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision to evaluate the general environmental and related impacts of constructing and operating a high-speed ground transportation system between Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN.
