The Post-Accident Testing (PATT) mobile application is developed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The primary purpose of the PATT application is to aid railroads and their contractors in determining when a qualifying accident has occurred that requires Part 219 Subpart C testing.
