Program Information: 

The 2024 FRA Rail Program Delivery Workshop is an opportunity to meet FRA staff and join over 200 external FRA partners. It allows FRA to foster workforce development and collaboration, continue to build a learning culture within today’s rail industry, and support FRA’s Office of Railroad Development's (RRD) mission of “Partnering to Advance Effective Rail Investments.”  

Workshop sessions highlight new initiatives and updates in FRA processes, provide access to technical assistance and resources, and explore notable practices in project delivery.  

Workshop sessions are subject to change and are organized as follows:  

Grant Application Success: Updates and information on FRA initiatives since the enactment of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) in 2021, and highlights updates in grant application and grants management practices.
