Program Information:
FRA hosted the 2024 Rail Program Delivery Workshop in Washington, D.C., July 30–31, with the theme of “Partnering to Advance Effective Rail Investments.” This two-day event focused on successful examples of project delivery, best practices to overcome challenges during the project lifecycle, and the latest recommendations to develop and submit grant applications.
Workshop sessions highlighted new initiatives and updates in FRA processes, provided access to technical assistance and resources, and explored notable practices in project delivery.
