A Note About Downloading Excel Databases:

The Excel databases online have been locked to prevent accidental data corruption. In order to use the databases for your research, please utilize the "File, Save As" commands in your browser tool set at the top of your screen.  After you have saved the Excel database to your hard drive, open the document, click on "Tools" from the menu at the top of your screen, then select "Protection" and click on "Unprotect".  You will then be able to manipulate the data in the document.  Remember to save your copied document so that it remains unlocked for you.
