Overview:
The Railroad Safety Grants for the Safe Transportation of Energy Products by Rail Program provides $10 million for public and private railroad grade crossing enhancement and track improvement projects that enhance safety on rail routes that transport flammable energy products, which are defined as crude oil, ethanol, and natural gas.
